Diagnosing Issues

It's important to be cautious of scammers who may try to take advantage of you. Only seek help through official channels such as this Wiki, the Flux Helpdesk and Zelcore Helpdesk to avoid fraudulent activities. Unofficial help can be obtained at your own risk on our Discord Server.

Diagnostic Commands

Multitoolbox option 3 contains an "analyzer and fixer" that will provide information about your node to help you establish why it isn't working correctly. Refer to 3 - Analyzer and Fixerfor more details.

Additional diagnostics are available using the following FluxNodeView script:

Use the following options to access detailed information about your node:

Option B - Benchmark information

Option N - Node and network port information

Option D - Daemon information

Option S - uPnP information

Option L - Real time view of the node logs

Official help is available through the Flux Helpdesk. No other place is official.
